What is your idea of a perfect day? Does it include the people you love, visiting distant places, or simply doing nothing? If your daily life already mirrors – if only in fragments- your dream life, consider yourself blessed.
There is nothing more valuable than time. After a particular age, time compresses and accelerates. In youth, when most of life is ahead, days pass slowly. In adulthood, each succession of days passes more quickly. Two days now pass as a single day.
Unfortunately, you cannot bring back lost time. You can only better manage your remaining moments. And if you do that, something magnificent happens: time dilates. When you experience perfect moments, time loses its rhythm. An hour spent in lively conversation feels like ten minutes. An afternoon immersed in a creative activity like a brief moment.
If this occurs every day in your life, then you are already living parts of a perfect life.
